Custom Truck One Source is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of aerial vehicles, work trucks, and related equipment. The role emphasizes building long-term relationships with commercial, municipal, utility, and fleet customers.

You will identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service. The position offers remote work with travel within the territory and a competitive salary plus

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of commercial vehicles or related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of heavy-/light-duty trucks and aerial lift applications.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into equipment solutions.
• Willingness to travel within territory; CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts, prospect new customers, expand with existing clients.
• Sell aerial vehicles, work trucks, and vocational equipment.
• Conduct needs assessments and demonstrations to match requirements.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and financing options; negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with sales support, upfitters, service, parts, and finance for orders.
