Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced project/program manager for Washington DC engagements across government contracting and commercial clients. You will lead projects, manage client expectations, and apply SDLC and packaged software skills to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes development of methodologies, business development activities, and coaching of consultants, with up to 50% travel. CPA/PMP desired, offering a broad advisory package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience in delivering financial and management consulting services
• Experience in consulting with Commercial Clients or a mix of Commercial and Federal Clients.
• Experience working on Deltek/Costpoint Implementation engagements
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical能力
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, and uphold quality
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements
• CPA, PMP or other relevant certification is desired

Responsibilities

• Lead project phases and coordinate with clients to meet objectives.
• Demonstrate SDLC expertise to support project/program management offices.
• Apply technical and functional skills to evaluate and implement software solutions.
• Develop methodologies and tools for the government contracting industry.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and proposals.
• Deliver exceptional client service and communicate with executives.
• Coach and mentor consultants and project teams.
• Support general management of the Consulting Practice and professional development.
