Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced project management professional to lead complex engagements, work directly with clients, and guide project teams through all phases. You will apply SDLC expertise, deliver packaged software solutions, and contribute to government contracting initiatives.

The role requires strong client service and leadership across commercial and federal projects. Travel up to 50% is expected; CPA, PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience delivering financial and management consulting services.
• Experience with Deltek/Costpoint implementations for commercial or mixed (Commercial/Federal) clients.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• CPA, PMP or other relevant certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for all project phases and work directly with clients to accomplish objectives.
• Demonstrate significant SDLC expertise for a project/program management office supporting technical PMs.
• Evaluate and implement packaged software solutions; apply government contracting industry methodologies.
• Identify new business opportunities; participate in proposals, market research, and internal initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional client service; communicate effectively with internal teams and client executives.
• Manage day-to-day project activities; assign responsibilities and provide coaching to consultants and teams.
• Contribute to Consulting Practice management and develop a personal professional development plan.
