Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience delivering financial and management consulting services.
• Experience in Consulting with Commercial Clients or a mix of Commercial and Federal Clients.
• Experience working on Deltek/Costpoint Implementations for commercial or mixed client bases.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, communication, and Microsoft Suite skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, deliver excellent client service, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and timely completion of projects.
• Must be able to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
• CPA, PMP or other relevant certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for all project phases and work directly with clients to achieve project objectives.
• Demonstrate significant expertise with SDLC for a project/program management office to support technical project managers.
• Apply technical and functional skills to evaluate and implement packaged software solutions.
• Develop and execute methodologies and tools for government contracting projects.
• Identify new business opportunities through proposals, market research, and internal initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional client service in all interactions and projects, including executive-level communication.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, allocate resources, and supervise team members.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to consultants and project teams.
• Contribute to the Consulting Practice management and develop a personal professional development plan.
