Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a senior-level consultant/PMO professional to lead projects for clients in the government contracting space. The role requires deep experience in financial and management consulting, Deltek Costpoint, and strong leadership and communication skills.

The position involves working with both commercial and federal clients, delivering end-to-end project management, and identifying new business opportunities. Travel up to 50% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience delivering financial and management consulting services.
• Experience with Commercial and/or Federal clients and Deltek Costpoint implementations.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and Microsoft Office skills required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception to completion with clients.
• Support PMO with SDLC and project management practices.
• Evaluate and implement packaged software solutions.
• Develop methodologies and tools for the government contracting sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in proposals and market research.
• Deliver exceptional client service and communicate with executives.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and mentor team members.
• Contribute to Consulting Practice management and professional development.
