Cadence Design Systems, Inc. is seeking a GovCon Manager to oversee U.S. Government-funded contracts, spanning software, hardware, IP, and services.

You will coordinate contract functions, advise on strategy, and mitigate risk while interfacing with legal, sales, and programs to resolve issues during capture, proposals, negotiations, performance, and closeout. The role requires 5+ years in government contracts, strong FAR/DFARS expertise, and excellent communication. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with government contracts, including overseeing complex proposals and negotiations.
• Broad knowledge of FAR and DFARS, including FAR Part 12 contracting and data rights familiarity.
• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by 8 U.S.C. §1101(a)(20) or 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. Government-funded contracts and subcontracts from capture through closeout.
• Advise on compliance with FAR, DFARS, supplements, and Cadence policy.
• Support proposal development, review solicitations, and prepare exceptions and clarification requests.
• Assist legal with prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and related agreements.
• Partner with legal, sales, finance, programs, and other stakeholders to align terms with business objectives.
• Maintain broad knowledge of Cadence products, services, policies, and processes.
