Job summary

Cadence seeks a Government Contracts Manager to oversee U.S. Government-funded contracts across capture, proposal, negotiation, and closeout with Aerospace & Defense customers. You will coordinate contract functions, advise on FAR/DFARS compliance, and mitigate risks while aligning terms with business goals.

Requires 5+ years in government contracting, a Bachelor's degree, strong written/verbal communication, and MS Office proficiency. U.S. person status is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of government contracts experience, including proposals and negotiations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex terms and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of U.S. Government-funded contracts and subcontracts from capture through closeout.
• Advise on FAR/DFARS compliance and Cadence policy.
• Support negotiations of prime contracts, subcontracts, and NDAs with legal and sales teams.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, programs, and other stakeholders to align terms with business objectives.
