Cadence is seeking a GovCon Manager to oversee U.S. Government-funded contracts across aerospace and defense customers in the San Jose area. You will guide capture, proposal development, negotiation, and closeout, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and Cadence policies.

The role requires balancing multiple priorities, coordinating with senior leadership and contracting officers, and mitigating contract-related risks while supporting strategic business objectives.

Formación

• Experience with government contracts and complex proposals.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and data rights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of U.S. Government-funded contracts and subcontracts.
• Advise on compliance with FAR/DFARS and agency supplements.
• Support proposal development, including solicitations review and exceptions.
• Assist contract negotiations of prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and related agreements.
• Coordinate with legal, sales, finance, programs, and stakeholders to align terms with business goals.
• Maintain broad knowledge of Cadence products, policies, and processes.
