Job summary

Ntiva Branding is seeking a Senior Account Manager for its GovCon practice. You will own client relationships, drive satisfaction, and grow revenue across a portfolio of defense-contractor accounts.

You will bridge IT, security, and compliance needs, coordinating with vCISO and compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will manage strategy, budgets, roadmaps, and renewals, traveling to client locations in the Chicagoland area as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with GovCon and defense-contractor clients.
• Proven track record in retaining and growing a book of business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with GovCon frameworks: CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and primary relationship owner for GovCon accounts.
• Manage book of business with defined revenue targets.
• Hold in-person and remote meetings to discuss strategy, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with vCISO and compliance teams to address client needs.
• Close opportunities to achieve quarterly sales goals.
• Position Ntiva’s GovCon portfolio to match client maturity and goals.
• Oversee renewals and identify opportunities to add services.
