Job summary

Ntiva is a US-based managed services provider offering remote work opportunities with occasional travel to Centers of Excellence across the United States. The role focuses on securing GovCon infrastructures and achieving CMMC Level 2 compliance while supporting internal systems and external customers.

Key responsibilities include advanced technical support, escalation handling for complex security issues, and maintaining rigorous documentation and change control.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, or advanced technical support.
• Windows Server deployment and administration.
• Network infrastructure implementation and administration (routers, firewalls, switches, LAN/WAN).
• VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization.
• Strong documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently with strong client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for internal GovCon systems and designated external customers.
• Act as an escalation resource for complex systems, network, and security issues.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and timely ticket updates, documentation, and work records.
• Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation, standards, and internal processes.
• Design, build, and support: Networks, VLANs, firewall rules, and routing; Windows Server environments; Virtual machines, storage, RAID configurations, and host platforms.
