Job summary

Aardwolf Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Microsoft 365 and cloud projects for a U.S. government client in Washington, DC.

You will manage planning, requirements, implementation, user acceptance, and transition to operations while coordinating government stakeholders to deliver programs on time and within budget. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days on-site per week in the Washington, DC office, with strong emphasis on Jira-based delivery,

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Strong Jira usage with backlog management, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, risk and change management across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing and coordination for incidents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets.
• Lead Jira delivery management: epics, tasks, backlogs, dashboards; communicate progress.
• Oversee Microsoft 365/Office 365 projects (Power Apps, SharePoint, Purview).
• Coordinate with ServiceNow incidents affecting delivery and IT teams.
• Plan testing, UAT, training, communications, and deployment activities.
