Job summary

Booker DiMaio, LLC seeks a Federal IT Project Manager to lead Microsoft 365 / SharePoint efforts for a new IRS contract. You will manage day-to-day contract operations, coordinate across multiple workstreams, and report progress to IRS authorities.

Key responsibilities include planning execution, tracking schedules, and overseeing financial and administrative aspects while ensuring compliance with security requirements and IRS needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government programs.
• Experience managing technical projects and/or contracts.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with technical teams and government or enterprise customers is strongly relevant.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and related collaboration technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of the contract and serve as the primary interface with IRS technical and contract administration representatives.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and monitor project execution across multiple technical workstreams.
• Manage schedules, workload, priorities, deliverables, and project status reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the COR and Program Manager to address priorities, issues, risks, and resource needs.
• Supervise project operations and ensure established work standards and procedures are followed.
• Manage financial and administrative aspects of the project and provide required project updates, including AWARE or other designated reporting.
• Coordinate the activities of technical staff and ensure work remains aligned with IRS requirements and customer needs.
