Job summary

Unanet, Inc. is seeking a Technical Consultant to support customers and internal teams in implementing and maintaining Unanet Connect and other integration solutions.

The role configures, tests, documents, and troubleshoots integrations using established patterns and guidance to deliver reliable customer outcomes. You’ll work with Workato and REST APIs, gather requirements, document data flows, and coordinate with project managers and architects to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in technical consulting, software implementation, or integration.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs and data integration concepts.
• Experience configuring and testing integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Unanet Connect integrations per standards.
• Develop, test, and maintain integration workflows using tools like Workato.
• Document data flows, mappings, dependencies, and test evidence.
• Troubleshoot data-exchange issues and elevate when needed.
• Coordinate with project teams to align work with scope.
