Job summary

Unanet, Inc. is seeking a Consultant, CRM to lead client implementations across the United States. You will translate business goals into delivery plans, guide cross‑functional teams, and configure Unanet’s CRM to support client outcomes.

In your first months you’ll drive discovery, define scope and budget, own end‑to‑end delivery, map data sources, train end users, and resolve escalations. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B software implementation experience.
• Strong project management with deadline accountability.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable implementation plans.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery to define goals, workflows, and success measures.
• Translate needs into concrete project plans with scope and budget.
• Own end-to-end implementation and delivery from kickoff to adoption.
• Coordinate internal teams around priorities and delivery commitments.
• Map and validate data from multiple sources to support processes.
• Configure the solution to meet objectives using best practices.
• Deliver role-based end-user training, remotely or onsite.
• Resolve complex client escalations promptly.
