Job summary

Unanet, Inc. seeks a CRM Professional Services Consultant to lead client implementations by understanding business goals, turning them into a practical delivery plan, and configuring Unanet to support outcomes the client values.

You will own scope, timelines, budget, communication, and adoption, guide internal and client teams, train end users remotely or on-site, and drive timely decisions while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B software implementation experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to set expectations and drive decisions.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to translate strategic business goals into actionable implementation plans.
• Travel up to 25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand business goals and success measures.
• Translate client needs into a practical project plan with scope, milestones, roles, timelines, and budget.
• Own implementation and delivery from kickoff through adoption, managing decisions, risks, timelines, and budget.
• Align internal teams around priorities and delivery commitments.
• Map, transform, and validate data to support client processes in Unanet CRM.
• Configure the solution to meet objectives using best practices and product knowledge.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and decision-making across project teams.
• Demonstrate Unanet capabilities and deliver role-based end-user training remotely or onsite.
• Identify and resolve client escalations promptly.
