Job summary

Unanet, Inc. is seeking a CRM Professional Services Consultant to lead client implementations by translating business goals into a practical delivery plan and guiding both client and Unanet teams through decisions and execution.

You will own scope, timelines, budgets, communication, and adoption to ensure clients realize value from their investment. You will demonstrate Unanet's CRM capabilities, deliver role-based end-user training, and collaborate with data specialists to map and transform

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B software implementation experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to set expectations and drive decisions.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
• PMP or similar project-management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand business goals, workflows, priorities, and success measures.
• Translate client needs into a practical project plan with scope, milestones, roles, timelines, and budget.
• Own implementation and delivery from kickoff through adoption, managing risks, dependencies, timelines, and budget.
• Align internal teams and client stakeholders around priorities, responsibilities, and delivery commitments.
• Map, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to support client processes in Unanet.
• Recommend and configure the solution to meet client objectives using best practices and product knowledge.
• Foster collaboration across project teams and ensure accountability for milestones.
• Build expertise in Unanet's CRM capabilities and train end-users, remotely or onsite.
• Resolve complex client escalations promptly with clear communication.
