Job summary

GTSC in Chantilly, VA seeks a Business Systems Implementation Specialist to translate design specs into configured, tested, and deployed solutions. Focus areas include Unanet GovCon ERP, Microsoft 365/Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.

You will configure workflows, build reports, and create data flows while ensuring compliance with DCAA and GovCon standards. This role emphasizes precise execution and thorough documentation in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Unanet GovCon ERP: 3+ years hands-on experience with full platform configuration, including project setup, billing rules, workflow configuration, and reporting.
• Microsoft Power Platform: 2+ years building production Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards.
• SharePoint Online: 2+ years building structured solutions—lists, libraries, metadata architecture, document workflows, permissions.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Working knowledge of Teams, Outlook, and Exchange Online at the configuration/automation level.
• SQL Fundamentals: Write queries and troubleshoot data flow between systems.
• API/Integration Literacy: REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks for system integrations.
• GovCon Operations: Understanding of indirect rates, project accounting, contract types, and DCAA compliance implications.

Responsibilities

• Configure Unanet workflows, billing rules, approval chains, and reporting across GTSC entities.
• Build Unanet reports, dashboards, and scheduled exports; optimize workflows.
• Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps; create Power BI dashboards connected to Unanet/SharePoint.
• Build and maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, and metadata architectures; manage permissions.
• Configure and troubleshoot REST API integrations; write SQL queries for validation.
• Test, document, and deploy changes in test/staging environments with clear acceptance criteria.
