RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in cyber and IT Govcon to join our team in Vienna, VA.

You will source, screen, and hire top talent for highly technical roles while ensuring compliance with government regulations and contract requirements. The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting across cybersecurity, IT, and government contracting, including positions requiring security clearances.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience focused on cyber and IT Govcon roles.
• Deep knowledge of government contracts, FAR/DFARS compliance, labor categories and security clearance requirements.
• Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances (e.g., TS/SCI, Secret).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity/IT terminologies, certifications (CISSP, CAP, CISM, CEH, CCNA).
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms (Monster, Indeed, ClearanceJob).
• Excellent verbal and written communication to build relationships with candidates and teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire candidates for cyber and IT roles within federal contracting and IC sectors, including positions requiring high-level clearances.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for Govcon projects with niche skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, timelines, and contract needs.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with government regulations and internal policies, including security clearances and labor categories.
• Stay updated on market trends in cyber/IT talent and government contracting regulations.
