Qualifications

• 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience.
• At least 5 years in a government contracting environment.
• Solid understanding of the full recruiting lifecycle and employment law.
• Proven track record of driving results and exceeding expectations.
• Demonstrated success identifying passive candidates through various channels.
• Experience using metrics to track progress and report results.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ATS and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Join candidate interviews and partner with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
• Craft, extend, and negotiate offers that align with policy.
• Partner with delivery and growth teams for talent needs.
• Keep accurate candidate records in ATS and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate hiring events and support process improvements across teams.
