Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help GovCloud customers integrate, deploy and maintain our AI-native security platform. You will own issues end-to-end, coordinate with engineering, and document solutions for the knowledge base.

The role emphasizes fast problem solving in a highly technical environment with remote work options and ongoing background checks for government customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer/technical support or related customer-facing roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows workstations/servers and network issues.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes troubleshooting.
• Strong REST API knowledge and containerized environments.
• Experience with Splunk, Terraform/Ansible, Helm and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CJIS and FedRAMP compliance frameworks.
• Proven AI-enabled decision-making and workflow improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from initial troubleshooting to resolution.
• Act as escalation point and coordinate with internal teams.
• Document bugs and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Develop process improvements and new troubleshooting methods.
