Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks a Technical Support Engineer for GovCloud to help customers deploy and maintain the CrowdStrike service. You will own issues from initial troubleshooting to resolution and contribute to knowledge base content.

Requires 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, Windows troubleshooting, and comfort with Docker/Kubernetes, REST API, and cloud platforms. On-site role in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and network issue diagnosis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to change.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with REST API and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from initial troubleshooting through resolution.
• Escalate priority issues and communicate impact to customers.
• Document bugs and contribute to Support knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Sr. TSE or Engineering on product issues.
