Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a GovCloud Data Infrastructure Engineer to design and implement a secure AWS GovCloud data platform aligned with FedRAMP. You will build foundational IaC with Chef, establish PostgreSQL, and enable BI and CI/CD across development, preprod and production environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of infrastructure engineering and operations.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AWS GovCloud infrastructure with security/compliance.
• Establish PostgreSQL infrastructure, backups, replication, HA, and security.
• Create IaC with Chef for provisioning and deployments.
• Integrate Google SAML and SSO for access control.
• Deploy BI infrastructure in GovCloud and manage authentication.
• Design multi-environment infra with AWS best practices and isolation.
• Implement monitoring/observability incl. runbooks and DR procedures.
• Provide ongoing ops support for data pipelines and infra incidents.
• Collaborate with security/compliance/data eng to meet gov requirements.
• Partner with DevOps/data teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Leverage AI to improve decisions and workflows.
