Job summary

OpenGov Inc. seeks a Manager to lead a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants, driving successful deployments of OpenGov solutions. You will manage data preparation, configuration, and training while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.

You will mentor the team, collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and focus on process improvements to scale delivery and improve outcomes for government clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience.
• 3 years of project delivery experience in a SaaS setting.
• Experience working with customers at all organizational levels with professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with internal teams and customers.
• Strong leadership in fostering accountability and team development.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving and follow-through.
• Results-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn domain, products, and project delivery effectively.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to model customer workflows.
• Ability to articulate product configuration requirements and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Implementation Analysts/Consultants.
• Oversee data requirements gathering, platform configuration, and administrator training.
• Troubleshoot data formatting, system logic, and workflow configuration issues.
• Reinforce implementation methodology, process documentation, and technical standards.
• Provide hands-on support for complex projects and data transformation strategies.
• Identify customer pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
• Track team utilization, delivery metrics, and project portfolio health.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align expectations.
• Identify risks and develop resolution strategies across portfolios.
• Gather customer feedback to inform internal process improvements and product enhancements.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training to scale the team.
