Frontline Source Group is seeking a Director of Operations in Baltimore, MD, to lead two upscale grocery locations. This role requires strategic leadership, financial acumen, and a proven track record in multi-unit retail management.

The Director will partner with ownership to drive operational excellence, optimize profitability, and elevate customer experience across both stores. A strong focus on coaching, merchandising, and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in multi-unit grocery or comparable high-service retail.
• Experience managing store operations, sales performance, and profitability across locations.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, inventory, and reporting.
• Proven merchandising instincts and ability to drive business development strategies.
• Outstanding leadership, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for two upscale grocery locations.
• Partner with ownership to set strategy and drive profitability and growth.
• Oversee Store Managers and develop department leadership teams.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Drive merchandising, in-store execution, and sales growth.
• Champion continuous improvement and staff development.
