Job summary

French Feast Inc. is seeking a cheerful, detail-oriented team member to support order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination in our New Jersey operations.

You will handle orders by phone and email, maintain customer records, verify pricing, and coordinate with carriers for shipping schedules, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every step. In a small, fast-paced setting you’ll collaborate with sales and shipping partners, learn ERP workflows, and contribute to outstanding

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer service, order processing, logistics, or wholesale distribution.
• Experience with order entry/data entry and ERP or order-management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Interest in French food and willingness to learn are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone and email.
• Enter and manage orders in the company system with high accuracy.
• Provide customers with product, pricing, and order status information.
• Maintain and update customer records and order history.
• Verify order accuracy, pricing, product availability, and shipping details.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and assist with freight quotes and scheduling (LTL and parcel).
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve order or fulfillment issues.
• Support general office and operations tasks as needed.
