Job summary

French Feast Inc. is a gourmet food import and distribution company seeking a cheerful, detail-oriented team member to support order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination.

You will receive and process customer orders by phone and email, enter and manage orders with high accuracy, and provide pricing and order status information while maintaining customer records. Collaboration with sales and shipping partners will ensure smooth, on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and computer skills (experience with order management or ERP systems a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills (phone and email) with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, or wholesale distribution preferred.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone and email.
• Enter and manage orders in the company system with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide customers with product, pricing, and order status information.
• Maintain and update customer records and order history.
• Verify order accuracy, pricing, product availability, and shipping details.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and assist with freight quotes and scheduling (LTL and parcel).
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve order or fulfillment issues.
• Support general office and operations tasks as needed.
