Job summary

Gourmet Foods International in Tennessee is seeking a sales support professional responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts, assisting sales representatives and coordinating with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will key and verify orders, greet customers, handle inquiries, and manage paperwork for retail accounts and other departments, while assisting with collections and credit issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service or sales support experience.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Key and verify sales orders for Retail and Food Service.
• Greet customers and handle inquiries or order pickups.
• Prepare communications and paperwork for retail accounts and other departments.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns.
• Assist account managers with collections and credit issues.
