Mars Men is a fast-growing DTC men’s health brand in the US, seeking a seasoned Google Ads specialist to own strategy and execution for Google and YouTube Ads. You will partner with Growth, Creative, and Analytics to translate business goals into scalable campaigns.

You will deploy budgets to hit CPA, volume, and revenue targets, build testing roadmaps across ad copy, creative, landing pages, audiences, and bidding, and optimize tracking for better attribution and bidding accuracy with a

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience at a fast-growing DTC or ecommerce brand.
• Deep expertise in paid search with experience in YouTube Ads strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and tools like GA4 or Northbeam.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for Google Ads and YouTube Ads, driving efficient customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Analytics teams to turn business goals into campaign strategies.
• Deploy budgets to hit CPA, volume, and revenue targets while scaling efficiently.
• Build structured testing roadmaps across ad copy, creative, landing pages, audiences, and bidding.
• Optimize conversion tracking and measurement to improve attribution and bidding accuracy.
