Job summary

Discoup is hiring an Advertising Specialist to own day-to-day paid campaign execution, with a focus on Google Ads. You will monitor performance, run tests, and scale campaigns while collaborating with SEO, Content, Product, and Sales teams.

The role is remote with occasional travel to our offices for team events. You will work in an international environment, bringing data-driven insights and a proactive, curious mindset to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on managing paid campaigns, with day-to-day ownership of Google Ads accounts.
• Able to read reports, spot anomalies, and explain findings.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel; exposure to Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
• Familiar with conversion tracking and attribution basics (GTM, GA4).
• Understanding of SEO, CRO, and UX concepts.
• Structured, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns.
• Curious, testing mindset; asks questions to learn why results occurred.
• English and Italian language skills (written and spoken) (B1+).
• Comfortable working in an remote, international, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across paid channels with a focus on Google Ads.
• Monitor daily budgets, bids, search terms, and negatives; act on data insights.
• Run structured tests on targeting and bidding under guidance; document results.
• Scale campaigns within agreed efficiency and cost targets; maintain hygiene and tracking.
• Refine automations and scripts to reduce manual work.
• Build and maintain recurring performance reports using Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
• Analyze data to identify performance drivers and present observations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for the manager and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, Product, and Sales teams on growth priorities.
