Job summary

Talent Nexus Bridge is seeking a Google Ads Specialist for a full-time remote role. You will plan, create, and manage paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads, aligning with marketing and business objectives.

Daily tasks include keyword research, ad copy, bid management, audience targeting, and performance optimization. You will monitor results, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to improve conversion rates and ROAS.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with GA and conversion tracking to measure ROAS.
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEO basics, and landing page optimization.
• Ability to create reports and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (search/display).
• Research keywords, write ad copy, and manage bids/budgets.
• Monitor performance, optimize for conversions and ROAS; report findings.
• Coordinate with marketing/content teams for landing pages and tracking.
• Keep up with Google Ads updates and best practices.
