Job summary

WebIndia Inc. is seeking a performance-driven Google Ads Executive to own and optimise international PPC campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping. This remote role focuses on delivering results for diverse client industries.

You will collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams to deliver integrated campaigns, conduct audits, analyse KPIs, and report ROI. 2+ years' experience and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with international ad accounts across multiple industries.
• Experience with both service-based and e-commerce projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and Shopping.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
• Ability to conduct PPC audits and translate findings into clear optimisation plans.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflow for research, copy generation, reporting.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and Shopping.
• Handle international client accounts with tailored targeting, budgeting, audience segmentation, and creative strategies.
• Perform keyword research, build ad copy variations, manage bid strategies, and run A/B tests to maximise ROI.
• Conduct PPC audits, identify account-level improvement opportunities, and prepare actionable optimisation reports.
• Monitor and report on KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) with clear, data-backed commentary.
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams to align paid and organic strategies for integrated campaign delivery.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, creative testing, reporting, and campaign analysis.
