Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier service to GolfNow course partners across the United States and Canada.
• Handle inbound calls and emails; support inventory and marketing on GolfNow.com and partner booking engines.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to improve processes and implement solutions.
• Manage internal request queues (Inventory Updates, Marketing requests, Promo Codes, Project Cases).
• Respond to inquiries about operations and administration of GolfNow; assist with outbound sales initiatives.
• Gain expertise in GolfNow Central and hit defined quality metrics for case handling and customer surveys.
