Versant Media is seeking a GolfNow Business Support Specialist on our Partner Care Support team in Orlando, FL. The role blends industry knowledge with technical consulting for golf courses using our proprietary software, delivering elite service and problem solving.

You will remotely connect to customer PCs to train, install and configure software, troubleshoot issues, and run basic SQL queries. The position emphasizes client relationships and helping partners maximize revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues across Windows and basic networking.
• Strong customer-service orientation with ability to train and assist users remotely.
• Experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred.

Responsibilities
