Job summary

Versant in Orlando, FL, is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Support professional to train, support, and assist the GolfNow Inventory team. You will handle inbound calls/emails from US and Canada, help with inventory and marketing, and collaborate with multiple teams to optimize processes.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a background in Excel/Google Docs, and a willingness to work in a hybrid office environment four days a week. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier service to all platform course partners.
• Take inbound calls and emails from course partners across the United States and Canada.
• Support inventory and marketing efforts to ensure partners are represented on GolfNow.com and partner booking engines.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to improve processes and implement solutions.
• Manage internal request queues (Inventory Updates, Marketing requests, Promo Codes, Project Cases, etc.).
• Respond to inbound correspondence related to GolfNow operations and administration.
• Participate in outbound sales initiatives and lead generation.
• Become expert in GolfNow Central and related systems.
• Hit metrics on cases closed, accuracy, and leads generated.
• Conduct weekly Quality Assurance for team members.
