Job summary

Versant, headquartered in Orlando, FL, seeks a Business Services Support role to train, support, and assist the Inventory team in daily GolfNow partner operations. This position handles inbound calls and emails from course partners across the United States and Canada, ensuring accurate inventory and promotional support.

You will collaborate with sales, support, and development teams, manage multiple internal queues, and become an expert in GolfNow Central to power tee time inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier service to GolfNow course partners.
• Handle inbound calls and emails from course partners across the US and Canada.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to improve processes.
• Manage internal request queues (Inventory Updates, Marketing requests, Promo Codes, Project Cases, etc.).
• Become expert in GolfNow Central management software.
• Hit defined metrics for cases closed, accuracy, client surveys, leads generated, and inbound/outbound calls.
• Conduct weekly Quality Assurance for team members.
