Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company, Inc. is seeking a golf starter to manage tee times, provide friendly customer service, and maintain pace of play on the course. You will handle cart readiness, equipment organization, and basic GPS/GPS-enabled tee sheet tasks.

Ideal candidates have prior hospitality or golf-related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting. Ability to work weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of golf course operations and etiquette is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tee Times: Coordinates tee times and checks in players.
• Provide information on course rules, policies, and facilities with a welcoming attitude.
• Monitor pace of play and direct players to the first tee.
• Ensure golf carts and supplies are ready and organized at the first tee.
• Assist with tournament setups and driving range operations.
• Maintain accurate records of tee times, player names, and cart assignments.
• Input players and tee times into tablet/tee sheet software and GPS systems.
