Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support the Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf in daily shop activities and outside services. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional golf experiences to members and guests while collaborating with the golf management team.

Responsibilities include customer service, event support, and maintaining familiarity with golf operations and merchandise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; PGA path is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules and techniques; excellent communication and customer service.
• Proficiency in golf software and general office software (MS Office).
• PGA Membership or progress towards certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; deliver exceptional service in the Pro Shop.
• Maintain knowledge of golf operations, club rules, and procedures.
• Process payments and reconcile daily transactions in Golf 365.
• Assist in organizing and running tournaments and events.
• Support golf management in daily operations and customer service initiatives.
