Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a part-time Outside Services Attendant to support golf operations, cart fleet management, and course grounds maintenance. The role emphasizes friendly guest interaction and safe, tidy facilities.

The position requires flexibility for weekends/holidays, outdoor work, and the ability to lift. Prior customer service or golf course experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or golf course environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; ability to lift and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets all guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Provides carts in excellent working condition to guests and directs them to the staging area.
• Explain golf products and Desert Princess services to guests.
• Assist guests with golf bags, loading/unloading onto carts, and manage the bag drop area.
• Maintains carts, cart barns, and grounds areas; ensures cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinates with Golf Pro staff for tournaments and outings.
• Reports guest complaints promptly to Golf Pro Assistant.
