Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, acting as SME in designated process areas to ensure smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engaged as they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Creates an inclusive store environment where everyone is welcomed and treated with respect; adheres to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
