Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, serving as subject matter expert in their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promotes participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Creates a welcoming store environment with respect for all teammates and athletes; adheres to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
