Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers to understand needs and provide knowledgeable product guidance.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert in store processes.
• Maintains store standards by following floor plans, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit enrollment.
• Creates an inclusive, respectful environment and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
