Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide product information.
• Assists onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and engagement wherever athletes shop.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs like loyalty or warranty sales.
• Creates an inclusive store environment, follows safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
