Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes, understanding needs, and providing product information; drives sales with recommendations.
• Assists onboarding/training of new and existing team members as SME in store area, ensuring best practices and productivity.
• Ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged as per customer-centric processes.
• Maintains merchandising standards per floor plans, signage, prices, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private-label credit enrollment.
• Fosters an inclusive store environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
