• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor set plans, signage, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and respected.
