Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of business practices and retail sales from 1–2 years' experience.
• Previous customer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PGA TOUR players, Members and Guests with golfing needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Greet and welcome Members and Guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with Members, Guests, and staff; answer questions and provide information.
• Answer phones to schedule starting times and manage reservations in the online system.
• Sell merchandise and become knowledgeable in products and sales techniques.
• Handle cash, record payments, and process charges per procedures.
• Assist with daily shop cleanliness, displays, and inventory to meet standards.
