TPC Boston is seeking a part-time Coordinator to assist Members and Guests with their golfing needs and ensure an outstanding golf shop experience. The role involves greeting guests, handling inquiries, and supporting daily operations.

The internship pays $16.00 per hour and requires a high school education or equivalent, basic retail knowledge, and prior customer service experience. Shifts vary with business levels at this private club in Norton, MA.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of general business practices and retail sales practices and procedures.
• Previous customer experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist PGA TOUR players, Members and Guests with their golfing needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable golf experience.
• Greet and welcome Members and Guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Communicate clearly with Members, Guests, and staff.
• Answer questions and provide assistance to Members & Guests.
• Operate the reservation and POS systems, schedule starting times, and verify reservations.
