Job summary

Apex Park and Recreation District is seeking a capable golf operations support person to assist the director and golf staff in daily course duties. You will help manage play, supervise part-time staff, handle merchandise, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across the golf course, driving range, Par 3, and shop.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to supervise part-time staff and coordinate tasks.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software for golf operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory sales and merchandising daily to provide accurate records.
• Assist with starting times and decisions related to starting times.
• Monitor play and enforce golf course rules and regulations.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and deliver courteous service.
• Assist in managing tournaments and outings and support staff when needed.
• Open and close the golf shop and be available for early and late hours.
• Maintain a professional image and provide exceptional customer service.
