Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Golf Operations Associate to support daily pro shop activities at our resort properties. You will assist with tee-time bookings, member events, and coordination with outside service teams to ensure smooth golf operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining handicap records, processing transactions, and supporting golf schools and clinics. Strong guest relations, merchandising awareness, and basic computer/Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Broad knowledge of golf operations, service standards and etiquette.
• Understanding of merchandising and retail shop operations.
• Experience with basic POS and golf-related software tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Publisher.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Golf Professional with daily pro shop operations and tee-time bookings.
• Coordinate with outside service team for member and resort activities.
• Maintain accurate records of golf rounds and handicaps.
• Support golf schools, clinics, and instructional events.
• Communicate changes to tee sheets and important information to staff.
