The Fountains Country Club invites a motivated Golf Shop Associate to join our Golf Operations team. You will warmly welcome members, process purchases, and assist with tee-time operations in a fast-paced private club environment.

We seek friendly, dependable candidates with strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, capable of handling busy periods and maintaining an organized shop and positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with golf merchandise, etiquette, and operations.
• Ability to operate POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in the Golf Shop for members and guests.
• Process purchases, charges, and transactions through the club's POS system.
• Check in members and guests for rounds and assist with tee-time operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized Golf Shop and assist with merchandise.
• Support Golf Operations staff and assist with events as needed.
