Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in Norwalk, CT is seeking an engaged team member to support golf services on the selling floor. You will greet athletes, offer fittings and repairs, maintain knowledge of products, and help communicate company golf standards.

As the point of contact for teammates and customers, you will assist with scheduling, training, and executing golf directives while upholding store policies and shrinkage goals.

Qualifications

• Availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales or customer-service experience preferred.
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, reach and lift 15–35 lbs repetitively.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze golf sales reports to understand results and opportunities.
• Serve as point of contact for athletes and teammates on golf services.
• Provide golf services, fittings and repairs on the selling floor.
• Train teammates on services and selling techniques.
• Ensure store operations and scheduling align with company policies.
